Retention & your choices
We keep account and device data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and legal reasons. You may request access or deletion by contacting us.

Agreement

The service
CaeloX provides a tracking device and related apps or web tools. Coverage, latency, and features depend on network conditions, vehicle compatibility, and your data plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Do not use CaeloX for unlawful tracking or harassment.
- Do not reverse engineer, abuse APIs, or disrupt the service.
- Comply with local laws where you operate the device.
Warranty
Hardware is covered by the warranty stated at purchase, including the 3-year hardware cover where applicable. Software is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaeloX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product or service, including missed alerts or network outages outside our control.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Bank timing may vary.
Warranty repairs

CaeloX is a plug-and-play vehicle tracker that connects to your car’s OBD-II port. It provides live GPS tracking, vehicle diagnostics, alerts, and anti-theft features through our app and web dashboard. No complex wiring is required.
Most vehicles manufactured after 2008 with a standard OBD-II port are compatible. If you’re unsure, email us your vehicle make, model, and year at caelox@chickuuu.in and we’ll confirm.
Yes. Live tracking requires a data plan so the device can send location and diagnostics to the cloud. You can buy a plan with the device or separately if you already own CaeloX hardware. Plans are typically monthly or yearly.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking update once the order ships.
Standard hardware warranty is 12 months. You can add extended protection at checkout for up to 36 months total. Manufacturing defects are covered; damage from misuse, water, or incorrect installation is not.

AI on the board
CaeloX is not only a GPS tracker. On-board intelligence turns raw GPS and OBD signals into practical insights — riding score, fuel patterns, and clearer vehicle health cues — without sending your private data to third-party AI vendors for training.
How it works
The unit reads live data from the vehicle’s OBD-II port (engine load, speed, RPM, temperatures, and related signals where available) and combines it with GNSS location and motion sensors.
Lightweight models on the device and in the CaeloX cloud summarise each trip into:
- Riding score — smoother acceleration, braking, and speed behaviour over a trip or week
- Fuel insights — estimated consumption patterns and fill-up awareness from OBD + trip data
- Usage patterns — distance, idle time, and high-load segments for maintenance awareness
- Smarter alerts — context-aware notifications when behaviour or vehicle signals look unusual
These are assistive estimates for awareness and coaching. They are not a substitute for professional diagnostics, insurance assessments, or legal speed limits.
What stays private
Location and vehicle data remain tied to your CaeloX account. We do not sell personal or location data. AI features are designed to improve your app experience — not to train unrelated public models on your trips. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
